    In no event shall The GIFT Resource be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of
    profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law
    principles.
