NC Employment & Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD) formally known as Vocational Rehabilitation is a state agency whose mission is to help people with disabilities starting at age 14 and up with their employment goals and needs. Each new referral goes through an eligibility process, once found eligible a tailored plan for employment is made which highlights the clients goals and needs for employment!
